The terms on which we make this website available, and how enquiries and quotations work.

Website terms only. These terms cover the use of this website. They are not terms of carriage and do not govern the transport of goods: liability for consignments, insurance, claims, demurrage, detention and payment terms are dealt with in the commercial terms agreed for your booking and in the documentation issued with the consignment.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of magiclinelogistics.in. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are

This website is operated by Magic Line Logistics Private Limited, a company registered in India. Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean that company.

Our office address is AG-23, Radhe Business Empire, S.P. Ring Road, Aslali Circle, Ahmedabad – 382427.

3. Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and to send us an enquiry. You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage or disrupt it
  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent enquiries, or somebody else's contact details without their permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system
  • Use automated means to scrape, copy or bulk-submit through the site
  • Send anything through the enquiry form that is abusive, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights

4. Accuracy of information

We try to keep this site accurate and up to date. The content describes our services in general terms and is provided for information only.

Descriptions of services, coverage and process on this site are indicative. They do not form an offer, a contract, or a guarantee that a particular service is available for a particular consignment, route or date. Nothing on this site should be treated as a commitment until we have confirmed it to you in writing.

5. Enquiries and quotations

Sending an enquiry through this site does not create a booking or a contract. It is a request for us to quote.

  • A quotation is only valid once we issue it to you directly, and only on the terms stated in it.
  • Quotations are based on the information you give us. If the actual consignment differs — in weight, dimensions, material, location or access — the rate and the transit commitment may change.
  • We may decline any enquiry, and we are not obliged to give a reason.
  • A contract for transport arises only when a booking is confirmed between us, not when a form is submitted.

Please do not send payment card details, bank details or identity documents through the enquiry form.

6. Transport services are separate

This is worth stating plainly. The actual carriage of goods — what we are responsible for, what we are not, how claims are handled, what insurance applies, when payment is due — is not governed by this page. Those matters are governed by the commercial terms agreed between us for the booking, together with the lorry receipt and any other transport documentation issued for the consignment, and by the law applying to the carriage of goods by road in India.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, graphics, illustrations and the Magic Line Logistics name and logo — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may view it and print or download extracts for your own reference or to evaluate our services.

You may not republish, sell, or systematically copy material from this site, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

This site links to a small number of external services, including WhatsApp. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave this site.

9. Limitation of liability

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on information published on it, including loss of business, loss of profits, or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. This section limits liability arising from this website; it does not limit our responsibilities under an agreed transport booking, which are dealt with under section 6.

How we handle information you send through this site is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site at any time without notice. We may also update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the “last updated” date at the top tells you when it changed.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat — the location of our office.
