What we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

1. Who we are
This website, magiclinelogistics.in, is operated by Magic Line Logistics Private Limited, a company registered in India providing road transportation services.

2. What this policy covers
This policy covers information collected through this website only. It does not cover information you give us by other means — for example over the phone, by WhatsApp, in person, or in the course of a transport booking. Those are handled under our normal business practices and, where applicable, the commercial terms agreed with you.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
When you fill in the enquiry or quotation form on this website, we collect what you type into it:
- Your name, and your company name if you provide one
- Your phone number and email address
- The pickup and delivery locations for your consignment
- The type of material, its approximate weight, and your expected pickup date
- Any additional details you choose to add
- The fact that you ticked the consent box
We ask for these because we cannot quote a transport rate without them. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details, bank details, Aadhaar or PAN numbers through this form.
Information collected automatically
This is a static website with no login and no user accounts. Two things happen automatically that you should know about:
- Google Tag Manager and analytics. We use Google Tag Manager to measure how the site is used — which pages are opened, roughly where visitors come from, and whether people reach the enquiry form. This sets cookies in your browser and sends your IP address and browsing activity on this site to Google. It tells us nothing about you personally, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
- Server logs. Our web host records standard technical information about requests to the site — typically IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is normal for any website and is used for security and troubleshooting.
Typefaces, images and the rest of the site's assets are served from our own domain, so they reach you without involving anyone else. The analytics described above is the exception: it runs on every page.
4. Why we collect it
We use the information from the enquiry form for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry. That means reading your requirement, preparing a quotation, and contacting you about it by phone, WhatsApp or email.
If your enquiry becomes a booking, we will use your details to arrange and document the movement of your goods. We do not use your details to send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
5. Third-party services this website uses
We have kept these deliberately few. Each one is listed here because it receives some information when you use this site.

Each of these providers operates under its own privacy policy, which governs what they do with the information they receive. We do not control that.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Tag Manager to load analytics. That places cookies in your browser and records how the site is used — pages opened, how you arrived, and whether you reached the enquiry form. We use it to understand what is working on the site, not to identify you.
We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels, and we do not sell or share this information for anyone else's marketing.
You can stop this at any time without affecting your ability to use the site or send an enquiry:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Turn on “Do Not Track” or a tracker blocker, or use a private browsing window.
- Install Google's own Analytics opt-out add-on.
If we add anything further — advertising pixels, remarketing, or any tool that identifies you personally — we will update this section before doing so.
7. How long we keep information
Enquiries arrive in our email inbox and stay there as ordinary business correspondence. We keep them for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and to meet our record-keeping and tax obligations.
If your enquiry does not lead to a booking and you would like us to delete it, ask us and we will.
8. Who we share information with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
We may share it where it is genuinely necessary:
- With the service providers listed in section 5, to the limited extent described there
- With parties involved in actually moving your consignment, where your enquiry becomes a booking
- Where we are required to by law, by a court, or by a government authority
9. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information about you we hold
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- Delete information we no longer need to keep
- Stop contacting you
Email info@magiclinelogistics.in and tell us what you need. We will do our best to deal with it promptly. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may raise it with the relevant data protection authority in India.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and the enquiry form is transmitted over an encrypted connection. Enquiries then sit in our business email account, protected by the security of that account.
We take reasonable care, but no method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive financial or identity documents through the enquiry form.
11. Children
This website is aimed at businesses arranging the transport of goods. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change how the website handles information — for example by adding analytics, or changing the form provider — we will update this page and change the “last updated” date at the top. Significant changes will be made clear rather than slipped in quietly.
